Please check that you have the correct: – User ID – Password and – Service code – Service address Also check, that you have the correct Programming Token for this locking system and that it is attached to your User ID.

Unfortunately not. MACs have no Microsoft NET support, even if you could use the virtual Windows, the program would need to be re-installed for every program update
