The iLOQ S50 application shows: “Updating the keys”. What does this mean?

Your keys are being updated. The administrator can trigger forced updates to the access rights of keys at any time. If there are updates pending for your phone keys, please wait until they are completed, and then try to open the lock.

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
