Logging in to iLOQ Locking System

This section describes how to login to iLOQ Locking System.

Proceed as follows.

  1. On Windows, select Start > All Programs > iLOQ > iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

    The login screen is opened.

  2. Select the desired user interface language from the Language menu.
  3. Select the service to which you want to login, in the Service address drop down menu.
  4. Place the Programming key into the Programming Adapter and connect the token to the USB cable inside the adapter.
  5. Connect the Programming Adapter to the PC with another USB cable.
  6. Wait until the token is found.

    If the Programming key is not found, press the refresh button.

  7. Enter the user name in the upper text entry field.
  8. Enter your password in the lower text entry field.
  9. Select Log in.

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
