Logging in to iLOQ Locking System

This section describes how to login to iLOQ Locking System.

Proceed as follows.

  1. On Windows, select Start > All Programs > iLOQ > iLOQ Manager.

    The login screen is opened.

  2. Select the desired user interface language from the Language menu.
  3. Select the service to which you want to login, in the Service address drop down menu.
  4. Wait until the token is found.
  5. Insert the token attached to your user credentials, to the iLOQ Programmer socket.
    Ensure that the token clicks to its place.
  6. Enter the user name in the User-ID field.
  7. Enter your password in the Password field.
  8. Ensure that iLOQ Programmer is plugged-in successfully.
    Select Search from the drop down menu, if iLOQ Manager has not found it.
  9. Select Log in.

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
