Viewing the Access Right Properties

This section describes how to view the properties of a single access rights on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Additional data > Browse access rights.

     
  2. The access rights are shown in the grid view. To view more properties of an access right, double-click the access right.
    Note:

    You can view object data in two ways:

    • Show sought-after situation — Select this radio button to view object data as it will be, when all pending changes have been programmed for the object.
    • Show the effective situation — Select this radio button to view object data as it currently is.

    Access right-specific details are, by tabs:

    • Basic information — The Basic information tab contains the basic information on the selected access right. The fields are:

      • Name — This field contains the name of the access right.

      • Description — This field contains the description of the access right.

      • Type — The access right type. The options are:

        • Standard
        • API
      • See Access Rights.

      • Conditional access — This field indicates whether the access right is conditional.

      • Description of the conditional access — This field contains a description of the conditional access.

      • Default access right — The check box indicates the default access right.

    • Locks using — The Locks using tab contains information on the locks that have the selected access right. The columns are described in section Browsing Locks.

    • Keys using — The Keys using tab contains information on the keys that have the selected access right. The columns are described in section Browsing Keys.

    • Roles using — The tab contains information on the roles that have the selected access right.

  3. When done, press the Close button.
