Editing the Locking System Report Texts

This section describes how to edit the default report texts on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Edit locking system information.

     
  2. Select Report texts in the Views area.
  3. Select the desired report in the Report drop down menu.
  4. Select the desired report language by clicking the desired flag icon.
  5. The report text is opened in the editor view.
  6. Edit the report text.

    The editor controls will be familiar to you from any text editor.

    You can use locking system specific variables in the text by clicking the Add field button .

    The variables dynamically add information from the system to the location where the variable is used. The variables are as follows:

    • Name of locking system — This variable adds the name of the locking system to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!LGDescription].
    • Name of locking system and estate — This variable adds the name of the locking system and the name of the estate to which the key belongs, to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!LGDescriptionAndRealEstate].
    • The name of the person — This variable adds the name of the person attached to the key, to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!PersonName].
    • The name of the person and identifier — This variable adds the name and ID number of the person, to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!PersonNameAndPersonCode].
    • Company/department — This variable adds the name of the company/department to which the person belongs, to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!CompanyName].
    • Logged in user — This variable adds the name of the logged-in user to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!UserName].
    • Description of the key — This variable adds the description of the key to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!Description].
    • Key label — This variable adds the label of the key to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!Stamp].
    • Key RFID tag number — This variable adds the RFID tag number of the key to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!TagKey].
    • Rom_ID — This variable adds the serial number of the key to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!Rom_ID].
    • Date — This variable adds the current date to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!Date]
    • Key PIN-code — This variable adds the PIN code of the key to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!AccessCode].
    • Signature — This variable adds a field for a digital signature image to the report. In the report editor, this variable is presented as [!SignatureImage].
  7. While editing, you can press the Cancel button to undo unsaved changes. If you are not happy with the changes you have saved to the report, you can press the Reset report to default button at any time to restore the default report.
  8. Select Save and close.
