To help you unlock your door, here are a few tips:
When you insert the key into the lock, the energy generated is always the same whether you insert the key slowly or quickly.
If you insert the key too fast, the lock won't have time to read the access rights from your key until the key has gone all the way into the back of the lock -> the key won't turn and the lock won't open.
Reduce the speed slightly and try again (this does not mean that the speed of the push should be a snail's pace).
If the lock does not seem to work even with a gentle pushing motion, servicing the lock may be the solution. Even though the lock is digital, it can and should be oiled.
A drop of lock oil in the keyway will often help, eliminating clutter and allowing a smoother key insertion movement.
