This section describes how to add a floor plan in the system deployment phase.

1. Select Floor plans.

   The screen below is opened:

2. Click the ...  button and select the file that contains the floor plan.
3. Select Open.
4. Name the floor plan.
5. Select Add floor plan.
6. Optional: If necessary, add more floor plans.
7. Select Next.

   Continue from the next deployment step.

This section describes how to view a summary of the deployed locking system.

1. Select Summary.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. View the summary.
3. Select Close.

This section describes how to add a floor plan in the system deployment phase.

1. Select Floor plans.

2. Click the ... button and select the file that contains the floor plan.
3. Select Open.
4. Name the floor plan.
5. Select Add floor plan.
6. Optional: If necessary, add more floor plans.
7. Select Next.

This section describes how to upload a floor plan and add general information on the locking system, used when generating the common access rights and apartment locks.

1. Select Locking System Information.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Select how to handle Access rights.

   The options are:

   • Stairwells have shared access rights — If you select this option, a single set of common areas is generated and that set is shared between all the stairwells.

     This is the default option.

   • Stairwells have own access rights — If you select this option, common areas are not shared, and a common area is created for each stairwell. Add the number of stairwells in the Number of stairwells field.

3. Select how to handle the Apartment numbers.

   The options are:

   • Running numbering — A running apartment identifier is used.

     If you select this option, the running number is increased by one for each apartment.

     This is the default option.

   • By stairwell — Apartment identifiers are stairwell-specific.

     If you select this option, you must input the range of apartment identifiers for each stairwell. Add the number of stairwells in the Number of stairwells field, and the apartment identifier ranges in a table such as the one below:

     

4. Select Add access rights.

This section describes how to add common area locks directly onto the floorplan.

1. Select Add common area locks.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Select from the options below:

   • To add new locks, select Add new.

     

   • To add copies of existing locks, select Make a copy.

     

3. To add a lock:

   • To add a new lock, click the desired position on the floorplan.

     The Adding a lock wizard is opened. Complete the wizard to add the lock.

   • To add a copy of a lock, select the lock from the Added locks list, or select it from the floorplan. Then click the desired position on the door plan to create a copy of the selected lock.

     The Adding a lock wizard is opened with pre-filled information from the source lock. Complete the wizard to add the lock.

4. The added locks are listed in the Added locks list.

5. Select Next.

This section describes how to add apartment keys to the system.

1. Select Add keys: apartment keys.

   The screen below is opened:

   

   Enter the key information, as follows:

   • How many keys per apartment — The number of keys to be created for each selected lock.

   • Key naming convention — Select the naming scheme for the keys to be created, from this drop-down menu.

2. Optional: If necessary, add a special key by pressing the Add special key button.
   1. Name the special key.
   2. Select the access rights for the special key.
   3. Select OK.
3. Select Add keys.

This section describes how to add keys from access rights, to the system.

1. Select Keys for access rights.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Select the key type from the Select key type drop-down menu.

   The options are:

   • S5 — Create S5 keys.

   • Key Fob — Create Key Fobs.

3. Select the access right groups keys are generated for, by selecting the desired Access right check boxes.
4. Enter the number of keys created for each group, in the Number of keys fields.
5. Select Next.

This section describes how to view the lock chart.

1. Select Lock chart.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Print out the lock chart, and ensure that the lock and key definitions are done according to the locking plan. Have the plan approved by the end customer.
3. Select Next.

This section describes how to view a draft of the added locks and keys.

1. Select Draft.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Click the plus sign to expand the Locks and Keys lists and view the added locks and keys.
3. Select Next.

This section describes how to add tokens in the system deployment phase.

1. Select Add token.

   The screen below is opened:

   

2. Name the token.
3. Select Add new to add the token.

   The Adding a token wizard is opened. Follow the wizard to add the token.
