This section describes how to define a relay, connected to control an electric lock, as a calendar controlled door, on iLOQ Manager software.

1. Select Administration > Browse network modules.

   

2. Select the network module, which has the relays connected.
3. Right-click to select Edit relay settings.

   The Edit network module relay information window is opened.

4. Select the Relays tab.
5. Check the Calendar controllable relay check box for the relays that you want to define as a calendar controlled door.
6. Enter a Door name for the relay.

   This is the name that will be shown in the Calendar controlled doors grid view.

7. Select Save and close.

This section describes how to add a door control calendar on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendars.
2. Right-click the grid view to select Add.
   The Adding of calendar wizard is opened.
3. Select Add door control calendar.
4. Name the calendar.

   Use a name that describes the door(s) that the calendar will control, such as Opening hours for entrance doors.

5. Enter a description for the door control calendar.
6. Select Next.
7. Select Next.
8. A summary screen is shown.
9. Select Ready.

This section describes how to add a key PIN-code calendar on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendars.
2. Right-click the grid view to select Add.
   The Adding of calendar wizard is opened.
3. Select Add key PIN-code calendar.
4. Name the calendar.

   Use a name that describes the function of the calendar, such as PIN-code hours for entrance doors.

5. Enter an optional description for the key PIN-code calendar.
6. Select Next.
7. Select the time for the control by painting it with your mouse.
8. Right-click the painted area and select Add control.

   Add control information as follows:

   • Target — The name of the calendar that you are editing.

   • Description — Enter an optional description for the control, in this field.

   • Control begins — Enter a start time for the control, in this field.

   • Control ends — Enter an end time for the control, in this field.

   • Create control sequence — If you select this check box, you can create a repeated control sequence. Add control sequence information as follows:

     • Repeat control — Select how often the relay sequence will be repeated, in this drop-down menu. The options are:
       • Every week — If you select Every week, the control will be repeated every week on the defined time. Use the weekday check boxes to select the weekdays on which the control will be repeated. Define also the control sequence ending criteria.
       • Every month — If you select Every month, the control will be repeated once every month on the defined date and time. For example, if you have selected 10 May 06:00 as the First control starts value and 10 May 22:00 as the First control ends value, the control will be applied on every tenth day of the month, between 06:00 and 22:00.
       • Every year — If you select Every year, the control will be repeated once every year on the defined date and time. For example, if you have selected 10 May 06:00 as the First control starts value and 10 May 22:00 as the First control ends value, the control will be applied on every 10 May every year, between 06:00 and 22:00.

   • By default, the control sequence will run indefinitely. If you want to define an end date for the sequence, select the End date in the Control sequence ends drop-down list, and define the end date in the date field.

9. Select OK.
10. Select Next.
11. A summary screen is shown.
12. Select Ready.

This section describes how to add a direct control to a calendar on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendars.
2. Double-click the door control calendar where you want to add the control.
3. Select the time for the control by painting it with your mouse.
4. Right-click the painted area and select Add control.

   Add control information as follows:

   • Target — The name of the calendar that you are editing.

   • Description — Enter an optional description for the control, in this field.

   • Control begins — Enter a start time for the control, in this field.

   • Control ends — Enter an end time for the control, in this field.

   • Create control sequence — If you select this check box, you can create a repeated control sequence. Add control sequence information as follows:

     • Repeat control — Select how often the relay sequence will be repeated, in this drop-down menu. The options are:

5. Select OK.
6. Select Save.

This section describes how to add a code-access group on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Manage code-access groups.
2. Right click to select Add.

   The Adding of code-access group wizard is opened.

3. Select Add code-access group.
4. Name the group.
5. Enter a description for the group.
6. Select the Relay operating time.

   This time defines, in minutes and seconds, the time how long the door is open after the code is given.

7. Define the access code or accept the suggested value.
8. Select Next.
9. Select Ready.
10. Select Close.

This section describes how to add a code-access group control to a calendar on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendars.
2. Double-click the door control calendar where you want to add the control.
3. Right-click the calendar to select Edit calendar controls.

6. Select the Control only by selected code-access groups check box.
7. Click the ... button.
8. Select the desired code-access groups whose code is valid on the selected times.
9. Select OK.
10. Select OK.

This section describes how to attach calendars to calendar controlled doors on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendar controlled doors.

   

    
2. Select the doors.
3. Right-click the doors to select Edit calendar attachments.
   The Attaching calendars wizard is opened.
4. Select Attach calendars to door.
5. Select the calendars which you want to attach to doors.
6. Select Next.
7. A summary screen is shown.
8. Select Ready.
9. Select Close.

This section describes how to attach a key PIN-code calendar to locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Additional data > Calendars.
2. Select a calendar of type Key PIN-code calendar.
3. Right-click the calendar to select Edit calendar attachments.
   The Attaching calendars wizard is opened.
4. Select Edit key PIN-code calendar attachments.
5. Select the locks to which you want to attach the key PIN-code calendar.
6. Select Next.
7. A summary screen is shown.
8. Select Ready.
9. Select Close.

This section describes how to define an input, to which the door contact is connected, as a monitored door.

1. Select Administration > Browse network modules.

   

2. Select the network module, which has the Door Modules, with DOOR STATUS connections, connected.
3. Right-click to select Edit relay settings.

   The Edit network module relay information window is opened.

4. Select the Inputs tab.
5. Select the In use check box for the input that you want to define as a monitored door.
6. Enter a Door name for the input.

   This is the name that will be shown in the Monitored doors grid view.

7. Select Save and close.
