This section describes how to cancel a reset of locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Select the locks that have a reset task you want to cancel.
3. Right-click one of the selected locks and select Reset lock.
   The Reset a lock wizard is opened.
4. Select Cancel reset of locks
5. Check that the correct locks are selected.
6. Select Next.
7. A summary screen is shown.
8. Select Ready.
9. Select Close.

This section describes how to fetch audit trails from locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Select the lock from which you want to fetch the audit trail.
3. Right-click to select Send to lock > Audit trail pick request.

   An audit trail pick request is sent to phones defined as default programming phones.

   There is a tick mark next to the Send to lock > Audit trail pick request menu selection.

   • If the tick mark is present, the request has been sent, but the most recent audit trail is not yet on the server.

   • If the tick mark is not present, the request has been sent, and the most recent audit trail is on the server.

     As soon as one phone fetches the audit trail, the request is removed from other default programming phones.

This section describes how to fetch audit trails from S5 locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Read lock's event log.

   

    
2. Insert the lock programming cable into the lock.
3. Wait until you get the confirmation on the received reply message to the bottom right-hand corner of Manager.
   Note:

   If the Programming Token also has other programming tasks, these will be executed first, before fetching the audit trail.

   Now, the Programming Token has received the audit trail from the lock.

4. Remove the lock programming cable from the lock.
5. If necessary, repeat this procedure for the next locks.
6. Select OK.

This section describes how to fetch audit trails from online locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Right-click the desired lock and select Send to lock > Audit trail pick request.
3. A confirmation screen is shown.
4. Select OK.

This section describes how to browse audit trails from one lock, on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Double-click the desired lock.
3. Open the Audit trail events tab.

   The audit trail columns are:

   • Lock counter — This column contains a unique, cumulative event number.
   • Going date — This column contains the event time stamp.
   • Key — This column contains the name of the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Stamp — This column contains the label of the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Person — This column contains the person attached to the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Type — This column contains the event type, such as key access, key access forbidden, programming of a lock, and so on.
   • Error text — This column contains a description of the event.
   • Error code — The error code related to the audit trail entry.

This section describes how to browse audit trails from several locks, on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse lock audit trails.

   

    
2. Select the desired lock or locks from the Selected locks drop down menu.
3. Define the time period from which the audit trails are to be browsed, with the Time period fields.

   If you leave the fields empty, all audit trails from the locks are shown.

4. Select the log event types that you want to view.

   The options are:

   • Key access
   • Key access denied
   • Programming of lock
5. Select Load lock logs.

   The logs are shown according to your filtering selections.

   You can use the dynamic search field to narrow down the log list.

You can hide a lock on iLOQ Manager that is no longer in use and, thus, cannot be reset. The lock will disappear from the lock grid view, from reports, and so on. The lock can be, for example, lost.

This section describes how to hide locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Select the locks you want to hide.
3. Select Edit > Editing mode to enable the editing mode.
4. Right-click one of the selected locks and select Hide lock from list.
5. A confirmation screen is shown.
6. Select Yes.
7. Select Edit > Editing mode to disable the editing mode.
8. The system asks whether you want to save the changes. Select Yes.

This section describes how to view hidden locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

2. Right-click the grid view and select Show > Show only hidden.
3. To return to the original view, select Show > Show only hidden again.

This section describes how to unhide hidden locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

   

    
2. Right-click the grid view and select Show > Show only hidden.
3. Select the hidden lock(s) that you want to reactivate.
4. Select Edit > Editing mode to enable the editing mode.
5. Right-click one of the selected locks and select Reactivate lock.
6. Select Edit > Editing mode to disable the editing mode.
7. The system asks whether you want to save the changes. Select Yes.
8. To return to the original view, select Show > Show only hidden again.
