You might have a wrong USB-port selected

> Choose Search from the drop down menu in Login screen and change the USB-port. 

If the USB-port still isn’t found install the drivers manually.

Install the iLOQ Manager by using the directions for first installation.

Install the iLOQ Manager to each user separately by using the directions for next installation.

When creating an access right, its visibility is defined (Shown / Not shown by default). The Clear All search criteria button allows you to make sure you see all access rights. 

The access right may also be in a Zone to which you do not have rights. Check also the Estate selection.

Connect the Real time clock to the cylinder and reprogram it. Any programming work can be made in the lock to trigger the clock update, such as a change in the access rights. 

Administration > Edit Locking system Information > Settings > Estate functionality active. 

The Estate function is activated when you log out of the system. 

Remember to add Estate permissions to users.

Yes, with this function, you can blocklist a lost key by programming the new key as a replacement key instead of using the Programmer. The replacement key inherits access rights, personal connections, etc. from the lost key.

In general, there are two different options for controlling the use of the Sauna or other shared spaces: Time limited common area locks: 

1. Time limits in the Lock and Keys
2. Use of conditional access rights from an external 3rd party system, such as reservation system, that defines when the keys are working

Here are a few things to check if the installation fails: 

1. Make sure your Windows updates are up to date (Start > Settings > Updates)  'ClickOnce' installation must be allowed. 
2. Check if a firewall or antivirus program is preventing the installation. 
3. Make sure your IT regulations allow you to install software from the Internet
4. Contact iLOQ regarding Offline installation
