Apartment folder

Apartment folder is a folder for useful documents about the apartment. It might contain things like user manuals for the appliances or rules of the housing company. The apartment folder is managed by the administrator, the resident can only open and read the files in the folder. 

Managing the folder is easy; the administrator can choose all the apartments whose residents need to see the files in their apartment folders. 

The apartment folder is not available on the Kodinportti board. It is meant to be a complementary tool for documents that are not meant to be shown to everyone in the building, but only to the residents of the apartment.
