From the bulletin board, you can find important information, like notifications from the housing company, contact information, or the rules of the building. New notifications and notifications that are marked important are highlighted for better visibility.

Notifications can be set to appear at a certain time and to expire and remove automatically. A notification can be published on several bulletin boards at once.
