How to unlock doors with an iLOQ S50 phone key (iOS)

The location of the NFC antenna varies depending on the phone model. In iPhone models, the antenna is located in the top of the phone. Place the phone’s NFC antenna area in the center of the lock’s black antenna knob. Hold the phone in place for a few seconds.

Please note that phone cases or covers may prevent the proper functioning of the phone key. Remove the case or cover and try again.
