I found an iLOQ key on the ground, can I somehow find out its rightful owner?

Keys cannot be distinguished from each other as all keys look the same. The lost key is most likely already deactivated, so it can no longer be used anywhere. The key can be returned to the police or lost and found office, where it can be reprogrammed if it reaches its owner.
