Report the matter to the person responsible for key management or the housing association. The key can be added to a so-called blocklist, which prevents using the key in locks when the blocklist is updated to the locks with other keys. The blocklist is also updated to the new key, from which it is transferred to, for example, your apartment lock during opening.
