N501 // Online license issue in the iLOQ Manager

You can get an error about not having enough licenses for Online devices for two reasons:

1. You do not have enough licenses. 

Check the number of licenses from the start page.

You can add more licenses via the iLOQ Partner Portal.

Remember that you always need the appropriate online licenses and also one lock license per door module.

2. You have not reserved enough bus devices for the Network module.

Browse Administration –> Network modules –> Select correct line –> Right click and choose –> Change license type for network module

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
