The programming of iLOQ S10 lock failed and red status LED lights up. What to do?

The error is caused by a wrong programming task for the lock, the user is trying to:

  • Program a lock that is not formatted > format the lock before programming
  • Format a programmed lock > set the lock to the factory state before formatting
  • Set a programmed lock to a factory state > reset the lock to a formatted state before setting it to a factory state
  • Program wrong lock > insert the programming cable to the right lock
