What to do if your phone is lost or stolen?

iLOQ App

If you suspect your phone key could be misused, immediately contact your key administrator (building manager or property management company, for example) to have your phone key revoked, after which it cannot be used to access any of your premises.

If you want to transfer your phone key to another phone and don’t have the phone with your phone key in your possession, you can use the force fetch feature to transfer your phone key to another phone. When using force fetch feature, your phone key will be available on the new phone within two hours.

To force fetch your key:

  1. On the phone you wish to transfer the phone key to, log in to the iLOQ App with your iLOQ ID.
  2. On the home screen, select the Forced fetch option, and then press Fetch my key.
  3. Your phone key will be available at the time shown on the screen.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
