Customer return form

For warranty repair or replacement of your product(s), please ask for a ticket ID from your technical iLOQ contact person. After that fill in the required fields of the form. Once you have completed the form, iLOQ Customer Service will get in touch with you to guide you through the next steps.

Make sure the product code is correct as we will send the replacement products immediately. If the defect is not covered by the warranty or the defective product is not returned within 30 days, you will be charged for the replacement product.

Please provide the requested collection information so we can assist you efficiently in case a product return is needed

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
