Inform the manager of the keys immediately. In the iLOQ system, lost keys can be blocklisted. The blocklist is a list of keys that are, for one reason or another, being denied from accessing the locks. After the Blocklist has been transferred to the Lock, the lock does not allow keys on the blocklist to open it.
