How secure is the iLOQ App? Is it safe to use?

The iLOQ App is secure and safe to use. The following factors contribute to its security:

  • Each user has a personal iLOQ ID which is used when logging in to the iLOQ App. Your phone key cannot be used unless you are logged in to the app.
  • As a security measure you will be asked to sign in to the app again at regular intervals.
  • Your phone key will not work if your phone screen is locked. Always keep your phone screen locked and use a strong pin/password to lock your phone when not using it.
  • iLOQ implements best practices for data encryption when authenticating your phone.
  • The iLOQ App uses platform-specific secure storage solutions to protect data.
