How to extend the unlock time of locks

iLOQ App

You can customize how long the locks stay open after unlocking directly in the app. This is a personal setting and applies to all locks your phone key can access. It can be set between 2-15 seconds.

iOS

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Locks & keys.
  3. Adjust the Lock stays open for setting.

Android

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Adjust the Lock stays open for setting.
