How to remove your account information from iLOQ

If you wish to remove your iLOQ ID and all information related to your account, follow the instructions below.

Remove iLOQ account

You can remove your iLOQ account via the iLOQ App.

Remove account (iOS)

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.

Remove account (Android)

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Tap in the top right corner of the Profile screen.
  4. Select Delete account.

Remove your information from the customer system database

To have all of your information removed from the customer system database, contact the administrator of the system. The administrator can be your property management company or building manager, for example.

Note that iLOQ is not responsible for entering or editing data in customer systems and therefore all changes to the data need to be made by your customer system administrator.
