I reinstalled the iLOQ App. What do I need to do?

All you need to do is login to the iLOQ App with your iLOQ ID. Your phone key as well as all other features and information will be available in the app.

Note for Android users: If you uninstall the iLOQ App from the phone your phone key is on, you must release the phone key from the phone before uninstalling to have it available right away when installing the iLOQ App again. However, if you did no release the phone key before uninstalling the app, you can use the Force fetch feature to fetch your phone key to the phone. In this case your phone key will be available in 2 hours.
