Missing or incorrect NFC finder location in the iLOQ App

When attempting to open a lock, if the NFC finder doesn’t appear (as shown in the images below) or if it seems to be positioned incorrectly, it can mean that the NFC area of your phone is not yet included in our database.

We constantly add new phone models to our database of NFC locations. If you would like to report a phone model with a missing or incorrect NFC finder location to our development team, you can do so via the iLOQ App feedback form.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
