Troubleshooting issues when creating an iLOQ ID
If you are unable to register/create an iLOQ ID, this can be due to several possible reasons. Check the list below to find the cause in your case:
- Check that the email address you are using is the same one to which you received the welcome email.
- Check that you have selected the correct region when signing up/logging in.
- Check your inbox for a welcome email. If you haven’t received one, contact your building manager. They can check if your information is correct in the system.
- Make sure to select the “Sign Up” option rather than the “Log In” option when creating a new account.
