- Always use a strong pin/password (containing letters, numbers and symbols) or pattern to lock your phone, and never reveal it to anyone.
- In addition, do not reveal your iLOQ ID and password to anyone. Always have the screen lock active on your phone, and do not leave your phone unlocked anywhere.
- Keep software up to date on your phone and the iLOQ App.
