What can I do to ensure the security of the iLOQ App?

  • Always use a strong pin/password (containing letters, numbers and symbols) or pattern to lock your phone, and never reveal it to anyone.
  • In addition, do not reveal your iLOQ ID and password to anyone. Always have the screen lock active on your phone, and do not leave your phone unlocked anywhere.
  • Keep software up to date on your phone and the iLOQ App.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
