Settings and profile
Settings (iOS)
To customize your iLOQ App experience on iOS, follow these steps to access the Settings:
- Go to your iPhone home screen.
- Select Settings.
- Select iLOQ.
In Settings, you can adjust the following options:
- Preferred language: Change the user interface language of the app.
- Lock stays open for: Select how long a lock stays open when unlocked. It can be set between 2-15 seconds.
- Lock opening sound: Select if your phone makes a sound when a lock is unlocked.
Profile (iOS)
To manage your Profile on iOS, tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
In your Profile, you’ll find the following:
- Name: Add your first and last name to your profile.
- Email: This is the email address that is linked to your iLOQ ID.
- Region: Indicates to which cloud data center location your information is stored. Note that you cannot change this setting.
- Log out: Log out of the iLOQ App.
- Login and security
- Change password: Change your password.
- Release phone key: Release your phone key from the phone.
- Send feedback: Opens a feedback form in the web browser.
- End user license agreement: View iLOQ’s end user license agreement.
- Privacy policy: View iLOQ’s privacy policy.
- Delete account: Delete your iLOQ account.
Settings (Android)
To customize your iLOQ App experience on Android, follow these steps to access the Settings:
- Tap
in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
- Select Settings.
In Settings, you can adjust the following options:
- Change password: Change your password.
- Release phone key: Release your phone key from the phone.
- Vibration: Select if your phone vibrates when a lock is unlocked.
- Sound: Select if your phone makes a sound when a lock is unlocked.
- Lock stays open for: Select how long a lock stays open when unlocked. It can be set between 2-15 seconds.
Profile (Android)
To customize your iLOQ app experience on Android, follow these steps to access your Profile:
- Tap
in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
- Select Profile.
In your Profile, you’ll find the following:
- First name: Add your first name to your profile.
- Last name: Add your last name to your profile.
- Email: This is the email address that is linked to your iLOQ ID. Note that you cannot change this yourself, it can only be changed by the key administrator.
- Region: indicates to which cloud data center location your information is stored. Note that you cannot change this setting.
- Log out: Log out of the iLOQ App.
Delete account
- Tap
in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
- Select Profile.
- Tap
in the top right corner of the Profile screen.
- Select Delete account.
