Settings (iOS)

To customize your iLOQ App experience on iOS, follow these steps to access the Settings:

  1. Go to your iPhone home screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select iLOQ.

In Settings, you can adjust the following options:

  • Preferred language: Change the user interface language of the app.
  • Lock stays open for: Select how long a lock stays open when unlocked. It can be set between 2-15 seconds.
  • Lock opening sound: Select if your phone makes a sound when a lock is unlocked.

Profile (iOS)

To manage your Profile on iOS, tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.

In your Profile, you’ll find the following:

  • Name: Add your first and last name to your profile.
  • Email: This is the email address that is linked to your iLOQ ID.
  • Region: Indicates to which cloud data center location your information is stored. Note that you cannot change this setting.
  • Log out: Log out of the iLOQ App.
  • Login and security
    • Change password: Change your password.
    • Release phone key: Release your phone key from the phone.
  • Send feedback: Opens a feedback form in the web browser.
  • End user license agreement: View iLOQ’s end user license agreement.
  • Privacy policy: View iLOQ’s privacy policy.
  • Delete account: Delete your iLOQ account.

Settings (Android)

To customize your iLOQ App experience on Android, follow these steps to access the Settings:

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Settings.

In Settings, you can adjust the following options:

  • Change password: Change your password.
  • Release phone key: Release your phone key from the phone.
  • Vibration: Select if your phone vibrates when a lock is unlocked.
  • Sound: Select if your phone makes a sound when a lock is unlocked.
  • Lock stays open for: Select how long a lock stays open when unlocked. It can be set between 2-15 seconds.

Profile (Android)

To customize your iLOQ app experience on Android, follow these steps to access your Profile:

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Profile.

In your Profile, you’ll find the following:

  • First name: Add your first name to your profile.
  • Last name: Add your last name to your profile.
  • Email: This is the email address that is linked to your iLOQ ID. Note that you cannot change this yourself, it can only be changed by the key administrator.
  • Region: indicates to which cloud data center location your information is stored. Note that you cannot change this setting.
  • Log out: Log out of the iLOQ App.

Delete account

  1. Tap in the top right corner of the iLOQ App home screen.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Tap in the top right corner of the Profile screen.
  4. Select Delete account.
