Key fob updater

The Key fob updater allows you to update the access rights of your K55S.2 key fob with the iLOQ App. This means that if the administrator has issued any updates to your key fob, you can easily download them to your key fob conveniently via the iLOQ App. Note that the access rights are managed by an administrator, and only they can send access right updates to your key fob.

Note: If you have not been assigned a key fob the Key fob updater will not be displayed in the home view of the app.

Update a key fob

1. Press the button on the key fob.
2. Press Key fob updater in the home view of the app.
3. Place the key fob against the NFC area on the back of your phone.
4. The screen switches to updating mode when the NFC connection between your phone and the key fob is established.
5. Hold the key fob still.
6. The update starts automatically and typically lasts a few seconds.
