Creating an iLOQ ID

An iLOQ ID is a unique personal user account required for using the iLOQ App. After your key administrator has entered your details into the system or when someone shares a key with you, you will receive a welcome email. Check your inbox for the welcome email with important information about creating your iLOQ ID.

  1. Download and install the iLOQ App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Select your region. Check your welcome email for the correct region.
  3. Enter the email address to which you received the invitation as your username, and create a password.
  4. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, and tap Continue.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
