Logging in to the iLOQ App

To log in to the iLOQ App you need to have an iLOQ ID.

  1. Open the iLOQ App.
  2. Select your region. Check your welcome email for the correct region.
  3. Select Log in.
  4. Enter your email address and password
  5. Select Log in.

After logging in for the first time you’re shown an onboarding animation that shows you how to unlock doors with your phone key.

Can't find what you're looking for?

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
