No, you do not. The app is free to download and use. However, the key administrator must add your information to the system before you can create an iLOQ ID and use the iLOQ App.

Your email address can only be seen by key administrators (persons who administrate access rights and keys) of your building. Your key administrator can be your property manager or building manager, for example.
You can add your first and last name to your profile in the iLOQ App. Your email address is shown in the app, but to modify it you need to contact your key administrator.

An iLOQ ID is a unique personal user account required for using the iLOQ App. The key administrator sends a welcome email to each user with instructions on how to create an iLOQ ID.
Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.
If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
