Do iLOQ’s digital locks work in very cold weather?

Yes, they do. Depending on the lock model they work in temperatures up to -25°C (-13°F) or -40°C (-40°F). For detailed information, check the technical specifications of the lock in question.

Do I have to pay for the iLOQ App?

No, you do not. The app is free to download and use. However, the key administrator must add your information to the system before you can create an iLOQ ID and use the iLOQ App.

Who can see my phone number and email?

Your email address can only be seen by key administrators (persons who administrate access rights and keys) of your building. Your key administrator can be your property manager or building manager, for example.
