Yes, they do. Depending on the lock model they work in temperatures up to -25°C (-13°F) or -40°C (-40°F). For detailed information, check the technical specifications of the lock in question.

Do I have to pay for the iLOQ App?
No, you do not. The app is free to download and use. However, the key administrator must add your information to the system before you can create an iLOQ ID and use the iLOQ App.
What are the minimum operating system requirements for the iLOQ App (iOS and Android)?
iOS: iOS 16 or newer Android: Android 9 or newer
Who can see my phone number and email?
Your email address can only be seen by key administrators (persons who administrate access rights and keys) of your building. Your key administrator can be your property manager or building manager, for example.
What personal information is in the iLOQ App? How can I change my personal information?
You can add your first and last name to your profile in the iLOQ App. Your email address is shown in the app, but to modify it you need to contact your key administrator.
How can I transfer my phone key to another phone?
Your phone key can only be on one phone at a time. To transfer the phone key to another phone it needs to be released from the phone it is currently on, and fetched to the new phone. iOS Android
