Locking system icons

In the home view of the S50 app, several icons may appear next to the name of your locking system. These icons provide quick visual indicators about the status of your key and any additional security features that have been enabled for your user profile.

When the name of the locking system is shown in yellow and a yellow triangle is displayed you need to refresh your key. Your key when be refreshed automatically when your phone has an active internet connection.

Basic icon: No extra settings locking system settings (Opening event location logging or Preconditions) have been enabled for this user.

Opening event location logging enabled: This is a security feature where a user’s location is saved to lock audit trails for every lock opening or closing event.

Preconditions: If the locking system administrator has enabled the conditional lock opening feature, when attempting to open a lock the user must agree with all the preconditions before they will be able to open the lock.
