Editing Locking System Basic Information
This section describes how to edit the basic information of the locking system, on iLOQ 5 Series Manager.
Part of the basic information of the locking system is shown on the Front page.
Proceed as follows.
- Select .
- The basic information screen is opened. The fields are:
- Name of locking system — This field contains the license contract number. You cannot edit this field.
- Name in report — This field contains the locking system name that will be present in different reports taken from the system.
- Address — This field contains the locking system street address, if any.
- Responsible person — This field contains the name of the contact person that is responsible for the locking system.
- Person responsible for programming — This field contains the name of the primary person that is responsible for the programming of the locking system.
- Status — This field contains the status of the locking system. Possible values are:
- In use — The locking system is in use.
- Not in use — The locking system is not in use. This value is obsolete.
- Message in front page — This field contains a message that is shown in the locking system front page.
- Select Save and close.
