You can get an error about not having enough licenses for Online devices for two reasons:

1. You do not have enough licenses. 

Check the amount of licenses from the start page.

You can add more licenses via iLOQ Access portal.

Remember that you always need the appropriate online licenses, but also 1 lock license per door module.

2. You have not reserved enough bus devices for the Network module.

Browse Network modules --> Select correct line --> Right click and choose - Change license type for network module

--> Change "count of reserved bus devices" to 1 Click "Next" and "Ready" --> ..and the failure is corrected

iLOQ N500 Net bridge is the main controller for the bus and its devices. The Net brige has one main bus that can be divided into 6 different branches. Start the branch directly from the connectors of the Net bridge.

The maximum number of the devices connected to the bus depends on the power supply, length of the branch cables and the sum of the total power consumption of all the iLOQ devices in the same bus.

You can estimate the total power consumption by calculating the sum of each branch separately first and then adding the losses caused by all cable lengths.

It is also possible to use external tags with iLOQ Online readers, but the external tags' licenses must be activated in the locking system!

Please, make sure that iLOQ S10 readers support this feature: Readers delivered from 2019 have that support ready and those delivered earlier need to be updated.

The N100 software must be at least FW 2.0.0.12

In addition, you will need a separate programming reader P10S.30
