Contact the person or company responsible for the management of the keys in your building (maintenance company, building manager, local iLOQ partner or similar).

Inform the manager of the keys immediately. In the iLOQ system, lost keys can be blocklisted. The blocklist is a list of keys that are, for one reason or another, being denied from accessing the locks. After the Blocklist has been transferred to the Lock, the lock does not allow keys on the blocklist to open it.

The key can only be recognized in the correct locking system, not by the markings on it. It has probably already been programmed away from the locking system. You can return the key to Lost&found /police, if the owner reclaims it, it can be reprogrammed.

No. iLOQ S50 locks need the power through NFC, which can only be generated by the S50 Key Fob or Phone Key.

iLOQ S10 and S5 products are not cross-compatible. iLOQ S10s have their own locks and S5s have their own

Retailers have a special tool for this, if it is not possible with the tool, the retailer can remove the cylinder and send it for the removal of the object. Do not remove by force!

iLOQ locks can be serviced in the ways mentioned in the manual. 

It is recommended to clean them with pressure air and a bit of non-electrically insulating lock oil once a year.
