Reservations function allows the residents to make reservations to common spaces, such as a laundry room or a sauna. The payment of the reservation is also possible through Kodinportaali. You will find the booking calendar by clicking "Reservations"(1.) and then choosing the space you want to reserve.

In this view, you will first see the rules and help in reserving the space. Scrolling down, there is a calendar where you can choose the time you want to reserve. Pick a time and confirm. If the reservation costs something, you will be directed to the payment service. 

The user can log in to the touch screen display with their personal PIN number. While most of the functions do not require logging in, reserving common spaces requires it. The PIN is easily changed through Kodinportaali remote web interface. If the building uses iLOQ lkeys, they can be used to log in to the display. However, this needs to be activated upon installation, so make sure to tell beforehand if you want this feature activated. 

From the bulletin board, you can find important information, like notifications from the housing company, contact information or the rules of the building. New notifications and notifications that are marked important are highlighted for better visibility.

Notifications can be set to appear at a certain time and to expire and remove automatically. A notification can be published on several bulletin boards at once.

On the touch screen board, there is a list of the residents in that part of the building. It is also possible to show the residents of the whole building on a single board. The list of residents can be edited in Kodinportaali web interface. It is also possible to set move-in and move-out times of a resident.

A Kodinportti board has a list of residents that can be updated and managed through Kodinportaali web interface. The changes can be set to happen at a certain time and if needed, they can also be synced with the start and end of the lease. 

Apartment folder is a folder for useful documents about the apartment. It might contain things like user manuals for the appliances or rules of the housing company. The apartment folder is manager by the administrator, the resident can only open and read the files in the folder. 

Managing the folder is easy; the administrator can choose all the apartments whose residents needs to see the files in their apartment folders. 

The apartment folder is not available on the Kodinportti board. It is meant to be a complementary tool for documents that are not meant to be shown to everyone in the building, but only to the residents of the apartment.

Kodinportti touch screen is available in Finnish, Swedish and English, Kodinportaali remote web interface allows you to create multilingual notifications that are displayed in the language the customer browses the touch screen. The available languages can be set per estate. 

Kodinportaali remote web interface is used to manage the login details, their expiration, and the individual rights of each user. These administrative rights can be given to people responsible for the management of the house, like the property manager or the head of the housing company.
