This section describes how to change another user's password on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse users.

   

2. Select the user whose password you want to change.
3. Right-click to select Change password.
4. Enter the user's new password in the New password field.
5. Retype the user's new password in the New password field.
6. Click the Change password button.

This section describes how to delete users from iLOQ Locking System.

1. Select Basic data > Browse users.

   

2. Select the users that you want to delete.
3. Select Edit > Editing mode to enable the editing mode.
4. Right-click one of the selected users and select Delete.
   Alternatively, you can press the Del key.
5. A confirmation screen is shown.
6. Select Yes.
7. Select Edit > Editing mode to disable the editing mode.
8. The system asks whether you want to save the changes. Select Yes.

User rights templates are collections of user rights that you can assign to a user. There is a number of permanent user rights templates in the system. For example, there is a user rights template for the administrator. However, you can also create and manage your own templates.

You can manage user rights templates in the screen where you assign user rights for a user.

This section describes how to add a user rights template on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse users.

   

2. Right-click a user and select Edit usage rights.
3. The Editing of usage rights wizard is opened.
4. Select Edit usage rights.
5. Select the token for the user.
6. Select the individual user rights to be added to the template.
   • — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the selection list.
   • — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the selection list.
   • — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the selection list.
   • — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the selection list.
7. Select Save in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
8. Name the new template.
9. Select OK.
10. The template is ready for use.

This section describes how to edit user rights templates on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse users.

   

2. Right-click a user and select Edit usage rights.
3. The Editing of usage rights wizard is opened.
4. Select Edit usage rights.
5. Select the token for the user.
6. Select the individual user rights to be added to the template.
   •  — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the selection list.
   •  — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the selection list.
   •  — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the selection list.
   • — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the selection list.
7. Select Save in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
8. Name the new template by using the name of the template that you wanted to edit.
9. Select OK.
10. The user rights for the template have been changed.

This section describes how to delete a user rights template on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse users.

   

2. Right-click a user and select Edit usage rights.
3. The Editing of usage rights wizard is opened.
4. Select Edit usage rights.
5. Select the token for the user.
6. Select the user rights template that you want to delete from the User rights template drop-down menu.
7. Select Delete in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
8. The user rights template has now been deleted.

This section describes how to browse audit trails on iLOQ Manager.

1. Select Administration > Browse lock audit trails.

   

2. The audit trails are shown in the grid view.

   The columns are:

   • Placement of lock — This column contains the placement of the lock.
   • Lock serial number — This column contains the serial number of the lock from which the audit trail was picked.
   • Audit trail pick date — This column contains the date when the audit trail was picked.
   • Audit trail event count — This column contains the number of events in the audit trail.
3. Double-click the audit trail that you want to view.

   The audit trail columns are:

   • Index — This column contains a unique, cumulative event number.
   • Type of audit trail data — This column contains the event type, such as key access, key access forbidden, programming of a lock, and so on.
   • Number — This column contains the unique key ID number.
   • Key — This column contains the name of the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Label — This column contains the label of the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Person attached to the key — This column contains the person attached to the key related to the audit trail entry.
   • Point of time — This column contains the event time stamp.
   • Description — This column contains a description of the event. If, for example, the Type of audit trail data is Key access forbidden, this column would contain the reason for preventing the access. The reason can be, for example, invalid key time limit.
   • Error code — The error code related to the audit trail entry.
   • Audit trail pick date — The date when the audit trail was picked from the lock.

This section describes how to fetch audit trails from offline locks on iLOQ Manager.

1. Take the Programmer with the token to the lock.
2. Switch on the Programmer.
3. Press and keep pressed the LOG on the Programmer.
4. Insert the lock programming cable into the lock.
5. The orange Batt LED is illuminated. You can release the audit trail button.
6. Wait until the green status LED blinks five times, indicating that the audit trail has been fetched.
7. Remove the lock programming cable from the lock.
8. If necessary, repeat this procedure for the next lock.
9. Login to iLOQ Manager.
   The audit trails are automatically transferred to the locking system.
