Browsing Audit Trails

This section describes how to browse audit trails on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse lock audit trails.

  2. The audit trails are shown in the grid view.

    The columns are:

    • Placement of lock — This column contains the placement of the lock.
    • Lock serial number — This column contains the serial number of the lock from which the audit trail was picked.
    • Audit trail pick date — This column contains the date when the audit trail was picked.
    • Audit trail event count — This column contains the number of events in the audit trail.
  3. Double-click the audit trail that you want to view.

    The audit trail columns are:

    • Index — This column contains a unique, cumulative event number.
    • Type of audit trail data — This column contains the event type, such as key access, key access forbidden, programming of a lock, and so on.
    • Number — This column contains the unique key ID number.
    • Key — This column contains the name of the key related to the audit trail entry.
    • Label — This column contains the label of the key related to the audit trail entry.
    • Person attached to the key — This column contains the person attached to the key related to the audit trail entry.
    • Point of time — This column contains the event time stamp.
    • Description — This column contains a description of the event. If, for example, the Type of audit trail data is Key access forbidden, this column would contain the reason for preventing the access. The reason can be, for example, invalid key time limit.
    • Error code — The error code related to the audit trail entry.
    • Audit trail pick date — The date when the audit trail was picked from the lock.
