The phone key or any other features of the iLOQ App will not work if your phone’s battery is dead. Charge your phone to use the features of the iLOQ App.
To deactivate your phone key, contact your key administrator. They can remove the phone key from your profile.
Wi-fi or any other type of internet connection is not needed to unlock doors. However, if your phone’s internet connection is down for over 2 hours your phone key will expire, and it cannot be used until an internet connection is established again.
