Browsing the Locking System Event Log

This section describes how to browse the locking system event log on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Locking system event log.
  2. The event log is opened in the grid view.

    The event log contains data as follows:

    • Date — The date when the event took place.
    • Description — The object for the event. The object can be, for example, a person, key, lock, and so on.
    • Event type — The type of event.
    • User — The iLOQ Manager user that carried out the event.

Can't find what you're looking for?

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
