Editing a User’s Usage Rights

This section describes how to edit a user’s usage rights on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse users.

  2. Select the user.
  3. Right-click the selected row and select Edit usage rights.
    The Editing of usage rights wizard is opened.
  4. Select Edit usage rights.
  5. Select the desired token.

    If you do not select a token, you will edit the user’s usage right when the user logs in without a token. However, if you select the token, you will edit the user’s usage right when the user logs in with the selected token.

  6. Select Next.
  7. Edit the usage rights for the user.
    1. Select the User rights template, or the individual usage rights to be added for the user.

    2. You can manage the selection of individual usage rights with the arrow buttons as follows:
      • — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the selection list.
      • — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the selection list.
      • — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the selection list.
      • — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the selection list.

  8. Select Next.
  9. A confirmation screen is shown.
  10. Select Ready.
  11. Select Close.
