Viewing Hidden Keys

This section describes how to view hidden keys on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

  2. Right-click the grid view and select Show > Show only hidden.
  3. To return to the original view, select Show > Show only hidden again.

If you've lost your key or need a new key, please contact your property manager, maintenance company, or local iLOQ retailer. iLOQ does not manage its customers' locking systems, so we cannot provide assistance with them through the support request form below.
