Editing the Basic Information of the Locking System

This section describes how to edit the basic information of the locking system, on iLOQ Manager.

Part of the basic information of the locking system is shown on the Front page.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Edit locking system information.

  2. The basic information screen is opened. The fields are:
    • Name of locking system — This field contains the license contract number. You cannot edit this field.
    • Reservation device registration — This field contains the system code for the iLOQ Booker device, if in use.
    • System name — This field contains the locking system name that will be present in different reports taken from the system.
    • Address — This field contains the locking system street address, if any.
    • Responsible person — This field contains the name of the contact person that is responsible for the locking system.
    • Person responsible for programming — This field contains the name of the primary person that is responsible for the programming of the locking system.
    • Status — This field contains the status of the locking system. Possible values are:
      • In use — The locking system is in use.
      • Not in use — The locking system is not in use. This value is obsolete.
    • Message in front page — This field contains a message that is shown in the locking system front page.
  3. Select Save and close.
