Handing over a Key

This section describes how to hand over a key to a person on iLOQ Manager.

You can hand over a key to a person when the key has been programmed, and attached to a person.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse keys.

  2. Select Hand over key.
    The Handing over of keys wizard is opened.
  3. Select Hand over key.
  4. Select the key that you want to hand over to a person.
  5. Select Next.
  6. A summary screen is shown.
  7. Select optionally whether you want to print out a key hand over document.
  8. Select Ready.
  9. Select Close.

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
