Canceling the Reset of Locks

This section describes how to cancel a reset of locks on iLOQ Manager.

Note:

You cannot cancel a reset task for a lock, which is in the Transferred to programming state.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

  2. Select the locks that have a reset task you want to cancel.
  3. Right-click one of the selected locks and select Reset lock.
    The Reset a lock wizard is opened.
  4. Select Cancel reset of locks
  5. Check that the correct locks are selected.
  6. Select Next.
  7. A summary screen is shown.
  8. Select Ready.
  9. Select Close.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
