Adding Tokens

This section describes how to add a token to iLOQ Locking System.

Note:

If you are adding the first token, proceed as instructed in Adding the First Token and Attaching It to a User.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Login to iLOQ Manager.
  2. Select Administration > Browse tokens.

  3. Select Add token.
    The Adding a Token wizard is opened.
  4. Select Add token.
  5. Name the token.
    Tip:

    You can name the tokens according to their color. In this way, it is easy to select the correct token for using the system.

  6. Select Active.
  7. Select Next.
  8. A summary screen is shown.
  9. Select Ready.
  10. Enter the master password of the locking system.
  11. Select OK.
  12. Insert an empty token to the iLOQ Programmer socket.
    Ensure that the token clicks to its place.
  13. Insert the original login token to the iLOQ Programmer socket.
    Ensure that the token clicks to its place.
  14. A summary screen is shown.
  15. Select OK.
    The token appears in the token list.

Please note that iLOQ does not manage its customers' iLOQ locking systems.

If you need a new key (digital or phone key), have lost your key, or want to check the access rights of your key, please contact the administrator of the locking system (Property manager / Maintenance company / iLOQ Retailer).
